Presenter will focus on the management of difficult patients—those patients who are unhappy with the care; the communication with their providers and the office staff of their providers. He will also include in our discussion sexual harassment issues, as they arise from patients or employees, and discuss how to best protect physicians and their practices from such claims.
We will start the meeting with a legislative wrap-up presented by Dr. Kurtis S. Elward, M.D., M.P.H., FAAFP (President, Medical Society of Virginia).
